The McGarlen Excellence & Leadership Scholarship Program (MELSP) is a fully-funded opportunity for international students aiming to pursue higher education in the United States . Eligibility Criteria The MELSP Scholarship is open to international students who meet the following criteria: Must be a citizen of one of 90 eligible countries . Applying to one of 200 eligible universities in the USA. Leadership experience in previous roles (academic, professional, or civil society).
